For Clinical and Coaching services: If after your initial intake session for counseling or coaching, you do not wish to continue with our services, you are welcome to let us know and seek alternative care. Our hope is that we will have a clear understanding of your needs and our ability to meet those needs after your initial intake session. We strive to keep your treatment plan or coaching goals a live and working document with clear paths to achieve those goals. We find that frustrations in treatment or coaching for both the clinician, coach, and the client arise when there is lack of clarity around what we are working on and/or how we will get there.
All of that said, a goal we have for ourselves at Through to THRIVE is to create an environment where you feel safe to communicate openly and honestly with us. A goal we have for everyone we work with is for you to have the confidence and belief in your own worth, strength and vision to openly discuss challenges with us so that we can work together to make it right.
For Courses: Because we price our courses in a way that promotes access to everyone, we do not offer refunds for purchased courses. That said, we definitely want to know if you aren't happy so that we can improve our offerings and find another way to make it right with you! For Community: If you aren't happy with your subscription to our Community Space, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. If there is anything we can do to make the space more meaningful to you, please let us know by emailing [email protected]
