About Me:

As a seasoned psychotherapist and trained Restorative Justice Practioner with a strong focus on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion with a focus on accountability for white people and people with class privilege, Kate is well positioned to support individuals, groups and businesses identify and reach goals related to equity audits and recommendations, navigating conflicts and challenges in a decolonized way, and personal and organizational goals. 

My Mission:

Kate is on a mission to spread building confidence and competence related to radical vulnerability to help individuals, businesses, and systems grow and tap into their heart-based missions and values. Alignment and harmony are key tenets of Kate's coaching work. 

Coaching Fees:

Individual coaching (Equity, Business): $250/hour

Group/Restorative Justice/Training: Call to discuss needs.

Erin’s holistic, intersectional approach ensures she meets clients where they are, honoring their experiences and strengths. With a strong focus on advocacy and social justice, Erin is dedicated to making mental health care accessible and affirming for all. Specializing in relationship issues, family dynamics, postpartum challenges, identity development, and navigating systemic oppression, Erin brings extensive experience from academic settings. Her deep understanding of stress and effective coping mechanisms positions her as a compassionate and knowledgeable clinician. Passionate about generational healing, Erin empowers clients to break cycles of trauma and build resilience and empathy.
