As a seasoned psychotherapist and trained Restorative Justice Practioner with a strong focus on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion with a focus on accountability for white people and people with class privilege, Kate is well positioned to support individuals, groups and businesses identify and reach goals related to equity audits and recommendations, navigating conflicts and challenges in a decolonized way, and personal and organizational goals.
My Mission:
Kate is on a mission to spread building confidence and competence related to radical vulnerability to help individuals, businesses, and systems grow and tap into their heart-based missions and values. Alignment and harmony are key tenets of Kate's coaching work.

Her deep understanding of stress and effective coping mechanisms positions her as a compassionate and knowledgeable clinician.
