BEFORE YOU REVIEW OUR OFFERINGS

Here's what you need to know first: 

Any partnership with us will only be as good as our honesty out of the gate. We'll go first:

  • A partnership with us will only work if your business aligns with our mission values, and identities. We ask businesses to please review our About Us page thoroughly before making an inquiry. 
  • Any work specific to equity must include strong, measurable and actionable commitments from leadership. Please be sure you have these commitments from leadership before reaching out to us. If you don't know what that means, let us know and we'll help guide that process. If you have an action plan or more detailed information about what equity work looks like, organizational needs, please let us know in your initial inquiry.
  • We utilize restorative practices and ask that you do too while working with us. We do this at home with our families, our friends, and our clients. As such, we do not offer blanket promises or guarantees about our work, but rather commit to a strong collaborative partnership. If this feels foreign or uncomfortable, we get it! It's an unusual business practice, but we're happy to talk more about what that means with practical examples.

How it Works

  • Purchase a package of "seats" (individual login codes) for a year (up to 50) at our discounted A-La-Carte Business Rate of $25/class
  • Employees will have access to our other services on a first-come-first-served basis
  • Employers have access to our coaching and other services on a first-come-first-served basis
  • Use the pre-paid class cost for any Through to THRIVE class available during the calendar year

A-La-Cart

$5/E/M

$5 per employee per month

  • Minimum Employees 500
  • Maximum Employees 1000
  • Unlimited online classes for all employees for the entire benefit calendar year
  • Custom Business Name coupon code for easy enrollment
  • Class seats can be used for any Through to THRIVE class available during the year
  • 4 Coaching hours per month exclusively for your business and/or employees (virtual only, additional fees for in-person)
  • Up to 4 hours of Implementation and Assessment calls to use throughout the year to discuss when and how to utilize your Coaching Calls and discuss how supports are going (virtual only)

Catering

$25/E/M

$25 per employee per month

  • Minimum 500 Employees
  • No Maximum Employee count
  • Unlimited access to all Through to THRIVE online classes during the benefit calendar year
  • Custom business code to allow easy employee enrollment
  • 200 hours of Coaching to use at your discretion (virtual only, additional fees may apply for in-person)
  • Coaching can be used to support individual employees, teams, executives or other special needs within the realm of our expertise
  • Priority scheduling
